1. Who is responsible

The controller for personal data processed through buzzhacking.ai is:

2. What we collect and why

Funnel Build qualification form. Name, email, business or brand, website or social profile, offer details, target customer, price, funnel objective, content, branding, checkout and integration status, deadline, upgrades of interest and any extra notes you add. We use this to review whether your project fits the Done-For-You Funnel Build and to reply to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Private onboarding form (only for paid projects, opened with a personal invitation code and your email). Contact details, offer, audience, pricing, goals, content, asset and page links, technical setup, integrations, examples, deadline, approved upgrades and implementation notes. We use this to plan and build your funnel. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)). We also record limited access attempts (a one-way hashed email and time) to block guessing of invitation codes. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Creator partnership enquiry form. Name, email, main platform, profile or handle, approximate audience size, niche, audience problems and an optional note. We use this to assess a possible partnership and reply. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Email communication. When you email us, or we email you about an enquiry, project, product purchase or support question, we process your email address, the message content and related correspondence. Legal basis: contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not send marketing emails based on these forms.

Ask BuzzHacking chat. The chat answers from a fixed set of pre-written public answers. Your messages are processed only to choose an answer and are not saved to our database. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information in it.

The checkboxes on our forms are an acknowledgement that you have read how your details will be used; the legal bases are the ones listed above. The forms submit only the details you enter; we do not store your IP address with enquiries.

3. Decisions about your project

Every enquiry is reviewed by a person. Fit, approval and decline decisions are made manually; we do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Never send passwords

Do not enter passwords, API keys, recovery codes or other credentials in any form, the chat or email. Where we need access to a tool, we will ask you to invite us as a user from inside that tool.

5. Payments through Whop

Product purchases and approved Funnel Build invoices are handled by Whop, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the order information Whop makes available to us to deliver what you bought and, for Funnel Builds, we record Whop invoice, customer and payment reference IDs against your enquiry. We do not receive or store your full card details.

6. Analytics: Whop Pixel

Every page of this site loads the Whop Pixel, a script from Whop (t.whop.tw) linked to our Whop business account. It records page views, including page changes within the site, and on the Funnel Builds page a few interaction events (page view, clicking "Start Your Funnel", starting the form, and a successful form submission). It does not receive the content of your form entries. Whop may use identifiers stored on your device and your IP address to measure this activity. We use it to understand how visitors move through our pages and checkouts.

7. Service providers and recipients

• Lovable — website hosting and the Lovable Cloud database where enquiries and onboarding details are stored. Lovable uses sub-processors, including cloud infrastructure providers, which may process data outside the EU.
• Whop — checkout, payments, product delivery and the Whop Pixel described above.
• Google Fonts — the site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when a page loads.
• Email (Outlook) — our hello@buzzhacking.ai inbox is used with Microsoft Outlook as the email client. When you email us, the message is processed to reply and handle your enquiry or project. Internal alerts that a new Funnel Build enquiry has arrived (name, email, brand, time and reference only) are sent through Lovable's email service to that inbox.

Some of these providers are based in, or use infrastructure in, the United States or other countries outside the EU/EEA. Your data may therefore be processed outside the EU/EEA, where data protection law may differ. For details of the providers involved and the safeguards they apply, email hello@buzzhacking.ai. We do not sell personal data.

8. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not proceed: for as long as needed to review and respond, and then deleted when no longer needed for that purpose, or earlier on request.
• Paid projects and onboarding details: for the duration of the project and any follow-up support, then for as long as needed to handle claims.
• Invoices and business records: for the periods required by German commercial and tax law (generally 6 to 10 years).
• Onboarding access-attempt logs: only as long as needed for security.

9. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and a copy of data you provided (portability). You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. To make a request, email hello@buzzhacking.ai; we may ask you to confirm your identity.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz (official complaints page), but you may also contact the authority where you live or work.

10. Is providing data required?

Fields marked as required on our forms are needed to review your enquiry or build your project; without them we cannot proceed. Optional fields are optional. You can browse without filling out a form; page loading and analytics can still involve technical data as described above.

11. Changes

We will update this page if how we handle personal data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
